Of course. We understand that every industry, company, and department is different and has different goals. Not only is eMaint software configurable, but the pricing is configurable as well. Beyond our standard pricing tiers, we also offer individual features à la carte. Pay for only the features you need.
eMaint pricing will not increase for the term of your contract, but may be modified at the time of renewal.
eMaint offers robust training and support services before, during, and after the deployment of our CMMS software.
Unlimited front-line help desk support is available to eMaint users at all subscription levels via phone, email and live chat. Click here to contact support. Professional- and Enterprise-level customers are also assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will work alongside them every step of the way to help them achieve their CMMS goals.
Support includes a number of offerings:
- Monthly Web Workshops led by eMaint Product Experts provide insights and instructions on how to use specific functions within eMaint
- eMaint University (eU) is an interactive online learning portal with self-paced training and eMaint certification (eMCP).
- Remote and live training services and events. Our Training Specialists can give new users a strong start or deepen experienced users’ skills with advanced features.
- The annual Xcelerate conference features training sessions, one-on-one live support, networking, information on the latest eMaint updates, and the ability to work toward achieving CMRP, CMRT, and CRL certifications.
We have several setup options available. From self-service at the Teams level to Advanced Implementation at the Professional level, we offer a range of onboarding and implementation services. Pricing varies by the service level. Our professional services team is experienced in helping clients pursue continuous improvement.
eMaint offers three different work request options:
- Requestor Logins: Each work requestor has a unique eMaint login that allows them to submit requests, and view the history of their requests.
- Email Submission: Work requestors send an email to a designated email address that gets converted into a work request in eMaint.
- Web Form: Work requestors submit requests to eMaint through a customized web form that is embedded on your company’s intranet.
eMaint offers three different work order request options:

- Payment for the Enterprise plan is collected via a prepaid annual commitment.

At eMaint, our top commitment is to customer success. We go the extra mile to ensure customers have all of the resources and information they need.
Additionally, for users who want to continually grow their knowledge and experience with eMaint, there is the eMaint CMMS Certification Program (eMCP). This certification formally recognizes users who demonstrate their expertise via an assessment test.
- Your team, clients, and outside vendors or contractors don’t all need to have same level of access within your CMMS. With eMaint, you can limit the information that different types of users can view or edit.
- Full Users are provided with standard-level access to the system. The security rights for these users can be as limited as you choose. This customized security enables administrators to configure the level of access for each individual user of the system.
- Work Request Users are provided with limited access to the system. They have the ability to submit work requests and to view the history of their work requests.
- Tech Select Users have access to a carefully selected set of features. This user type is designed for technicians to update your CMMS account from the field, production floor, or elsewhere as work is being performed.
There are also other optional account types available to address specific needs. These account types include:

eMaint performs nightly data backups of all software and data residing on our secure servers.
The CMMS price varies depending on the tier of the plan you choose and the number of users you opt to have.
- Team plan pricing is $33 per user per month. The Team plan is for 3 users.
- Professional plan pricing is $85 per user per month, for a group of 3 or more users.
- An Enterprise plan can accommodate 5 or more users. To get pricing information that is personalized to account for the specific needs of your organization, contact us for a custom quote.
An eMaint CMMS subscription is a renewable one-year contract.

Our new features forum and web-based workshops are designed to keep you up to date on all system upgrades, features, and enhancements.
