The Gartner Magic Quadrant (MQ) for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is always a great snapshot of the industry’s leading vendors – both those classified as EAM systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Inclusion in the MQ is highly selective. In fact, many CMMS products in today’s market are not represented. We are gratified that Gartner continues to regard eMaint as one of the top industry competitors, and that eMaint has now progressed into the Visionary quadrant.
What’s the difference between a visionary and an also-ran CMMS? According to Gartner, for eMaint to be recognized as a Visionary, “a vendor must have a coherent, compelling, and innovative strategy that seeks to deliver a robust and evolving offering to the market.”
We continue to invest heavily in eMaint’s core functionality and are innovating with the companion Accelix Connected Reliability Framework, which enables eMaint with real-time asset condition data and supports our customers’ moves into predictive maintenance and IIoT leverage.
eMaint continues to empower the mobile maintenance worker with new insights and greater efficiencies. Over the past year, we’ve added deeper support for work order management, SAP integration, condition monitoring and integration with Fluke 3561 FC sensors, and Connect2Assets – integrating SCADA/PLC data from process management systems.
In just three weeks Fluke will host eMaint customers at Xcelerate, our annual user conference. The event is jam-packed with education, networking, hands-on product experiences, and fresh keynote insights from well-known industry figures.
A significant factor in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant is a vendor’s customer references. According to the latest customer reviews on Gartner’s Peer Insights website, eMaint has one of the highest overall levels of customer satisfaction. We believe this is one of the factors that convinced Gartner to position eMaint as a Visionary vendor in the latest Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Asset Management.
If you are one of our thousands of eMaint customers, we’d like to say, “Thank you for the trust you have placed in us … we’ll never let you down.”
If you are a maintenance professional looking to take your operation and capabilities to the next level, we would encourage you to go with a Visionary. Take advantage of our innovations, our long-term track record, and our commitment to reliability. We are proud that Gartner has recognized eMaint as a visionary in the new Magic Quadrant for EAM. We believe this reflects our ongoing investment in building a comprehensive ecosystem for asset reliability and underlines our continuing commitment to customer success.
